Summer School of Time

The Summer School of Time is the first European training programme on time policies, an instrument that institutions can use to tackle time unrest (including time poverty). They aim at transforming the 21st-Century society in order to make it more egalitarian, more efficient, more sustainable, and healthier. Reducing the working day and beyond

This seminar aims to be a meeting space to approach working time reduction policies, as well as to reflect on the proposals that should be included in the future Time Use Law, to promote a more balanced organization of time. It will do so through the analysis of data, evidence, and impact behind specific time policies, from which the challenges and complexities in applying them to labour law, in terms of equality, education, mobility, and co-responsibility will be debated.
