We are looking for innovative initiatives with impact and transferability potential that promote a healthier, more equitable, fair, and efficient organization of time.
If your municipality, organization, or company has recently implemented a project in this area, we encourage you to share your experience at the leading international event on time policies. Register now.

Deadline for submitting proposals:
Monday 16 March 2026 (inclusive).
Each person or organisation may submit up to two proposals.
BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS THE PROPOSAL MUST MEET
- The proposed time policy must be active or have been implemented in the last 5 years.
- The proposal must be submitted in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
- The person proposed to present the project must be able to do so in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
- The person proposed to present the project must be available to attend TUW 2026 in person (October 19–22, 2026, Barcelona). The organizing team does not guarantee full coverage of travel expenses.

Each person or organisation may submit up to two proposals.
SELECTION PROCESS
The event coordination team will evaluate all time policy experience proposals received according to the following selection criteria:
- Relevance to this year's theme.
- Results and impact of the implemented policy.
- Geographical diversity and range of activities of the proposal.
From 31 March 2026, the coordinating team will contact participants via the email address or mobile phone number provided to inform them whether their proposal has been selected or rejected.
