BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING
- You will contribute to social well-being by providing knowledge, ideas, and innovative solutions to advance toward a healthier, more equitable, efficient, and sustainable time management system.
- You will inspire a global audience of professionals at the forefront of political institutions, research centers, social organizations, and companies. More than 4,600 people from 50 countries participated in TUW 2025.
- You will share the stage with more than 50 internationally renowned speakers in their areas of expertise.
SPEAKER PROFILE
- Researchers and/or experts on this year's topics.
- People responsible for the design and implementation of public policies, especially time-related policies.
- People responsible for implementing time-tracking measures in organizations and companies.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS THE PROPOSAL MUST MEET
- The proposal must be framed within one of this year's themes.
- The proposal must be submitted in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
- The proposed person must be able to give their presentation in Catalan, Spanish, or English.
- The proposed person must be available to attend TUW 2026 in person (October 19–22, 2026, Barcelona). The organizing team does not guarantee full coverage of travel expenses.

SELECTION PROCESS
The event coordination team will evaluate all speaker proposals received according to the following selection criteria:
- Relevance of professional and academic background.
- Knowledge and experience on this year's topic.
- Geographical and gender diversity of the participants.
As of March 31, 2026, the coordinating team will contact participants via the email address or mobile phone number provided to inform them whether their proposal has been selected or rejected.
